Overview
Designed a mobile app that helps resort guests discover and book additional services during their stay. The goal was to increase cross-selling and upselling of paid extras while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Challenge
The resort is sprawling, with multiple locations for different services and vendors. Guests often struggled to locate these offerings, which limited engagement and revenue opportunities. The challenge was to create an intuitive app that highlights services clearly, guides guests through the resort, and encourages them to explore extras without confusion.

Case Study 2, Experience Booking Engine for m-hospitality

Overview
Designed a booking engine that allows guests to book multiple experiences, across multiple dates, for multiple people – all before checkout. This feature was a key differentiator, enabling groups and families to plan activities seamlessly in one flow.
Challenge
Resorts offer a wide variety of experiences (tours, activities, spa sessions, classes). Guests wanted the flexibility to book for their entire group across several dates – but the old system only allowed one booking at a time. This led to frustration, long checkout processes, and lost bookings. The challenge was to create a booking flow that handled complex selections without overwhelming the user.
